Ethos & Aspirations 7 Principles for a Good Life

Challenge Yourself every day

Why not make your own daily challenge?

Challenging ourselves, pushing ourselves is a really good, healthy part of everyday life, but it doesn’t have to be something big all the time, the tiniest actions can have a surprisingly large beneficial effect, trying to do too much can be damaging, the aim is to boost confidence not sap it.

Your daily challenge can be anything at all; to smile more at people you meet, get up five minutes sooner, not be grumpy, be more positive, eat more vegetables, walk to the shops, its your challenge, go for it!

If you need any help, want to share your ideas - love to hear from you.

Life is quite challenging in itself, why not challenge yourself to review each interaction and activity, almost subconsciously and evolve to embrace better practices, hone skills and continually develop throughout our lives.

If we are failed by businesses, services, politicians is it because we accept or maybe even expect and tolerate it?

If we are not happy with something then we should challenge the failure, poor treatment should not be accepted, maybe the other party doesn’t realise the effect they are having on others, constructive engagement based on mutual respect can be very effective and empowering.

We intend to launch the ‘challenge program’ of events and activities anyone can sign up to, with varying degrees of difficulty, to take people out of their comfort zone, learn how to embrace adversity and adapt to new opportunities.

The aim is for people to discover for yourself what you are capable of, to boost, confidence, self esteem and open your mind to what you can achieve if you just put your mind to it  - if it can be imagined it can be achieved.

If you want to be part of developing this exciting program please contact us.

If people treat us badly, has our behaviour triggered that response or is it maybe because we allow people to treat us this way?
